By accessing or using the Nexahub platform (joinnexahub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Beta Services

You acknowledge that Nexahub is currently in a "Private Beta" or "MVP" phase. The services are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or other defects. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or national laws.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Post false or misleading information regarding your alumni status or professional credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nexahub, including but not limited to the AI matching algorithms, logos, and designs, are owned by Nexahub Technologies and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexahub Technologies, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
